New, unused goods can be returned to us within 30 days of the purchase date. Glass and fire bricks cut to your specific sizes are exempt from our refunds policy. Please see Exemptions below for full details.
Please call us on 01664 820269 before you return your goods in the originally packaging where possible, please include your name and order number to assist us to process your refund promptly.
ADS Stove Spares and Repairs
All UK refunds will be processed within 3 working days of the receipt of the goods. Refunds for goods from outside the UK may take a little longer to reach your bank account.
If you return an item without enclosing your name and order number, there may be a delay in processing your refund during busy periods.
The product is your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore for your own protection we recommend that you obtain a proof of posting when using a returns service and also one that insures you for the value of the goods.
Carriage charges (where applicable) are non-refundable unless the goods have been supplied incorrectly, or the goods have been damaged. (Photographic evidence may be requested for insurance purposes).

Glass and Fire Bricks Cut to Size are exempt from our Returns and Exchange Policy as these cannot be re-sold.
On the rare occasion where we have supplied the goods incorrectly, a full refund, or exchange will be provided at our cost.
