Once your order has been processed and packed by our factory and DPD have collected the parcel all UK Mainland orders are dispatched using the DPD Next Working Day Delivery Service.
PLEASE NOTE that this service is not guaranteed as couriers can experience unforeseen delays which are out of our control. During busy periods, cold months and Christmas, deliveries can take 3-4 working days so please bear with us.
All other areas are sent through to DPD on their 2–3 Day Delivery Service. (3-5 days during the colder months and the Christmas period).
Please check the table below for further information. Obviously on some occasions deliveries will arrive earlier than stated, this timetable is designed to show maximum waiting times.
We do not pack or dispatch orders on Saturdays, Sundays, Public Holidays or Bank Holidays, however DPD may deliver your parcel on a Saturday, and at Christimas time they even work Sundays. We would always advise that if you need goods in time for the Christmas holidays that you order these goods early to avoid disappointment.
We close our factory over the Christmas period and we will communicate these dates on our website leading up to this time. DPD do also deliver in between Christmas and the New Year.

Please note that the price of our courier charges are set by DPD and we have no control over which postcode falls into which cost zone.
DPD will deliver to your designated delivery address, if you are not in and have not left a “safe place” for your delivery, on occasion they will deliver to a local DPD hub, close to you, rather than taking your parcel away with them. We have no control over this driver decision. An email will be sent advising you how to collect your parcel.
Orders over £100 to UK Mainland addresses will be delivered free of charge.

Orders of 600mm or over may arrive packaged on a wooden pallet and may incur an extra delivery charge. This will also take an extra few days to arrive at your delivery address.
Please check the glass before signing for it, as claims cannot be made for broken glass with the courier, when signed for unseen.

When ordering from us you will note that we supply detailed measurements of all our products. This is to help you to check our sizes against your existing product and measurements to avoid errors in ordering and unnecessary stress and time in finding that you have ordered an incorrect product and need to return or exchange it. Our advice would always be to measure your glass or fire bricks to ensure that you are ordering the correct product. Many stove manufacturers change their models and sizes over a period of time and you can easily choose the wrong model. If in doubt please ring us and speak with our friendly knowledgable staff.
Our packaging has been specially designed for its fragile contents, yet it is tough and secure. If you have any problems with your delivered goods please contact us.
Our website is set up for multiple orders, but if you choose to buy only clips with free screws and/or hinge pins you will find that purchasing on our website automatically charges you a courier charge of £9.00 for UK Mainland or £16.50 for Highlands and Islands. Therefore if you only require clips and screws please telephone us on 01664 820269. We will then take your order and payment over the telephone charging you £4.17 for first class large Royal Mail postage and packaging.
